Returns & Exchanges
Return on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding will be accepted with a service charge. The merchandise must be sent back in the original condition (can not be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered in any way).
Please print, fill out and return "Exchange / Return Form" with invoice within 10 days of the received date. If the products have been damaged, worn, altered or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible for a return. If the wrong/damaged products are received, please call us within 24 hours at 1-800-421-4417.
Exchange Policy
Exchange on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding will be given with 7% service charge. We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instruction in the exchange package specify otherwise. Re-shipping charge will apply. Products such as flat iron that comes with manufacture warranty can be replaced for the same brand and item only on condition of manufacture defects. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused.
Store Credit Policy
Store credit will be given on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding with 7% service charge as long as they are returned in original condition with the copy of the invoice within 10 days of the received date. Store credit is valid for the purchase of any product(s) from His & Her.
Return Policy
Refund on human hair extensions for weaving and braiding will be given with 15% service charge. Request for refund must be made within 10 days of the received date with a "Return Authorization" number. Please call 1-800-421-4417 or 1-323-931-1021 option 6 and ask to speak to "RA" dept. for "Return Authorization" number. Unauthorized return will be sent back at customer's expense.
Non Refundable Item
Items such as wigs, wiglets, ponytails, clip-on pcs., hairpieces, synthetics, hair care products, all equipments, tapes, glues, accessories, DVD/videos, discontinued, clearance items and etc. are not returnable for exchange, store credit or refund.
